Using the website
Browsing does not create an obligation.
This website presents the Continuance philosophy, its books, practices, public resources and opportunities to participate. Reading it does not require agreement or membership.
Independent judgement
Material on this site contains philosophical, literary and practical ideas. It does not replace medical, legal, financial, psychological or other regulated professional advice. Readers remain responsible for their decisions and for seeking qualified help when appropriate.
Books and digital products
Where a publication or other item is offered for purchase, the relevant
page or checkout should show the current price, format and material
delivery information before a customer commits to purchase. Any additional
product-specific terms displayed at checkout form part of that transaction.
The free introductory PDF remains separate from paid publications.
No purchased spiritual status
Buying a book, making a donation or paying for any future membership or
event does not confer spiritual rank, privileged access to truth or
authority over another person.
Payments and third-party services
Online purchases may be processed using third-party checkout and payment
services, including SureCart and the payment providers configured through
it. Those services may have their own terms and privacy information at the
point of use.
Intellectual property
Original books, site copy, designs, images and downloadable material remain
protected by applicable intellectual property law unless a specific item is
expressly released under different terms. A purchase normally grants use of
the copy purchased, not a right to reproduce or redistribute the underlying
work.
Community participation
Any online or in-person community rules sit alongside these website terms
and should remain consistent with the Continuance's safeguarding, consent
and governance principles.
Changes
These terms may change as the organisation, publications and website
develop. Material changes should be dated and communicated clearly rather
than silently rewritten.
