Governance principles
The living structures of the Continuance should be revisable, transparent and proportionate. The sacred corpus is not a licence for unaccountable administration.
Roles should be clear
Leadership, teaching, safeguarding and financial responsibilities should be defined. Spiritual status should not be used to bypass ordinary accountability.
Money should be visible
Income from books, donations, memberships and future community activity should be distinguishable and documented. Public-facing summaries should become available as the institution grows.
No purchased spiritual rank
Buying books, donating money or paying for future membership should never purchase moral authority, doctrinal privilege or a higher spiritual status.
Living structures can change
The Living Tradition Framework exists precisely because administration, community practice and governance need the ability to improve when experience shows that improvement is required.
