A direct route to the right place.

Questions are welcome. So are criticism, safeguarding concerns, publishing enquiries and practical contact. The routes remain separate so the right message reaches the right place.

Before writing

Your answer may already be public.

The Questions page covers many of the obvious theological and practical questions. Safeguarding and governance pages explain the routes to use when the issue is accountability, authority or harm.

Keep the routes distinct.

Safeguarding concerns do not have to pass through the person complained about.

Immediate danger or suspected crime should be taken directly to the appropriate emergency, statutory or law-enforcement service.

What to expect

Contact should not create hidden obligations.

Asking is not joining

Sending a question or requesting information does not make you a member of the Continuance.

Criticism is allowed

You do not need to agree with the Continuance in order to contact it or ask for clarification.

Boundaries remain real

Contact with the organisation does not create a claim on your time, privacy, conscience or personal life.

The simplest route is usually the best one.

Use the address that most closely matches the reason you are writing. If you are unsure, use the general enquiries address and the message can be directed appropriately.
