No one owns another person's conscience. People may step closer, remain tentative, disagree, or leave. Children do not have to believe to stay loved.

Money, leadership, complaints and decision-making should be understandable rather than hidden behind status.

When harm happens, the aim is not institutional self-protection. The aim is safety, truth, accountability and repair.
